Finding the right starting point
Not every organization needs the same thing. Some are working toward their first formal sustainability report and need both the data infrastructure and the report itself. Others have been reporting for a few years but aren't confident their current approach will hold up as expectations rise. Others just want to understand where they stand before committing to anything larger.
The three services below reflect those different starting points. They can be taken independently or combined depending on what your situation calls for.
Service 01
ESG Data Gathering & Bookkeeping
$640 / month
Careful, ongoing collection and organization of the environmental and social data your reporting needs, applied with the same discipline as financial record-keeping. Suited to organizations beginning or maturing their sustainability reporting.
The most common reason ESG reports fail to hold up isn't the writing — it's that the underlying data wasn't collected systematically in the first place. This service addresses that directly, month by month, so that when reporting time comes, the data is organized, documented, and ready.

Service 02
Sustainability Report Preparation
$1,900 / report
Preparation of clear, well-evidenced sustainability reports aligned to a recognized framework, written so stakeholders can read and trust them. Designed for businesses that want substance and honesty over presentation alone.
A report isn't finished when it's been written — it's finished when the people who need to read it can understand it and rely on it. We write for the external reader, structure for clarity, and document everything so that questions from investors or regulators have answers ready.

Service 03
Reporting Readiness Review
$880
A supportive review of where your reporting stands against the framework you've chosen, with practical, proportionate suggestions. We keep recommendations realistic and leave priorities with you.
Many organizations aren't sure whether what they currently do is sufficient, partially sufficient, or in need of significant rework. This review answers that question clearly — based on your actual reporting, your chosen framework, and your stakeholder context. You come away with an honest picture and a list of actions ranked by practical priority.

Finding your fit
Which service fits your situation?
A few scenarios that might help you identify a sensible starting point.
Scenario A
"We've never formally reported on ESG before"
Starting with a Readiness Review is often sensible — it gives you a clear picture of what you'd need to put in place before committing to a full report. From there, you can decide whether to begin data gathering, move straight to report preparation, or do both in sequence.
Readiness Review →Scenario B
"We need a report but our data collection is patchy"
A combination of Data Gathering and Report Preparation works well here. We set up the data infrastructure first, collect what's needed over an agreed period, then move into report preparation once the data foundation is sound.
ESG Data Gathering →Scenario C
"We report already but aren't confident it holds up"
A Readiness Review will tell you clearly what's solid and what isn't. For organizations who receive questions from investors or procurement they can't fully answer, this often surfaces the specific areas that need attention — without requiring a full rework of everything.
Readiness Review →Pricing
A note on pricing
The prices listed are starting points. The actual cost of any engagement depends on your organization's size, the complexity of your data, the framework being used, and the scope of work agreed. We discuss this openly before any engagement begins, so there are no surprises.
For the Data Gathering service, the monthly figure reflects a typical mid-sized organization. Organizations with simpler data needs may pay less; those with more complex operations or multiple sites may pay more. We'll scope it accurately for your situation in an initial conversation.
For Report Preparation, the $1,900 figure covers a report of standard scope. Larger reports with more disclosure requirements, or those requiring additional research into sector-specific standards, are scoped and priced accordingly.
We don't add charges that weren't agreed upfront. If the scope changes during an engagement, we discuss it before doing additional work.
